  • Analytical - You are comfortable making and recommending decisions that benefit the business based on your analysis. You live for good A/B testing. You don’t hesitate to negotiate a better rate, or more favorable terms. You recognize that while there is always an element of creativity and magic in brand building, successful execution is based on data and proven formulas. When you bring a problem to the broader team’s attention, you include multiple suggestions on how we might solve it.
  • Detail Oriented - You excel at working cross-functionally and with a diverse set of people. You are thoughtful and deliberative in your communications and approach collaboration with curiosity and excitement to learn from those who you work with. When presented with a choice you explore every angle and ensure you have exhausted all options before making a final decision.
