About this Role:

We are looking for a U.S. Sales Representative to help bring our sustainable luxury towels, replacing single use towels/towlettes, to clean beauty retailers across the country. This is a remote position working with a team located around the world.

You will be part of a small and nimble team directly contributing to the revenue, growth, and profitability of Anact.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Growing revenue and brand presence in the clean beauty/wellness vertical
  • Identifying potential wholesale customers (boutique retailers, salons, saunas, eco-friendly beauty stores, etc.) through networking and following leads
  • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with new customers
  • Supporting the development of Anact’s wholesale sales process by working closely with Anact leadership
  • Maintaining up to date information, data, and actions in Anact’s CRM on all prospects/leads
  • Providing weekly updates on your progress and challenges

Prospecting Genius

You will be responsible for sourcing most of your own leads - and while you will have the support and backing of Anact’s marketing, PR, and leadership, owning this stage of the sales cycle is critical to your success. Experience with the clean beauty and wellness space is a plus.

Reliable

You do what you say you’re going to do. Full stop. If a pivot becomes necessary, or a deadline needs to change, you communicate this early and forthrightly. If you do not feel you can execute on a task or commitment you communicate that honestly, and early, and collaborate to find a compromise or solution. You follow up, pay attention to details, and show up on time to ensure we have a team that trusts one another, and build a reputation that earns your customers’ and partners’ trust.

Compensation

This role paid hourly at a rate of $40/hour (up to 10 hours per week), with the following commission structure:

Commission structure:

● 5% commission on all sales up to $5,000

● 8% on sales between $5,001 and $20,000

● 10% on sales $20,000 and above

Additional bonus can be earned based on the following:

  • $100 for closing a deal in under 2 weeks
  • $50 for any re-orders
  • $250 for closing $5,000 or more in one month

Anact will provide you with product samples and marketing materials, as well as support as needed from the management team.
